We take pride in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and creating beautiful outdoor spaces.We're growing and looking for dependable, hardworking team members who take pride in their work and want to grow with us.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll help maintain and enhance commercial landscapes year-round, including snow and ice removal during winter.Perform landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing) Monday through Friday (no weekend work)Complete spring and fall cleanupsSafely operate and maintain landscaping equipmentAccurately track time and job notes using the Jobber appAssist with snow and ice removal in winter monthsWork collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality resultsWhat We're Looking ForRequired:1 to 3 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience required. Landscape experience must be included and clearly explained on your resume to be considered for this position.Experience operating commercial mowers and equipmentReliable transportation and strong attendanceStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamPreferred (but not required):Experience with fertilization, pruning, or landscape constructionExperience driving a truck with a trailer attached, with a good driving recordHorticulture or gardening knowledgePay & Schedule$17.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience, reliability and performance).Full-time + seasonal opportunities8–10-hour shiftsMonday–Friday schedule (no weekends)BenefitsPaid Time OffSimple IRA matching after 1 yearOpportunities for advancementWho Should ApplyWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including:Individuals with employment gapsThose without a high school diploma/GEDMilitary-experienced candidatesApplicants with prior records
