Experience with AD (Advanced Development/Authoring) capabilities is highly preferred.\r\nKey Responsibilities Duck Creek Manuscript Development\r\nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain Duck Creek Policy manuscripts to support business, underwriting, and regulatory requirements\r\nImplement and review updates related to: Policy transactions\r\nBusiness rules\r\nWorkflow configurations\r\nUnderwriting logic\r\nPerformance\r\nReusability\r\nMaintainability\r\nCompliance\r\nProvide technical leadership and code review support to offshore manuscript development teams\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve manuscript defects, configuration issues, and production incidents\r\nDuck Creek Policy DCOD Migration Act as the onshore technical SME for Duck Creek Policy DCT/DCOD implementations and modernization programs\r\nLead and support: DCOD migration activities\r\nManuscript refactoring\r\nFunctional validation\r\nPost-migration stabilization\r\nCollaborate with architects, technical leads, and client stakeholders to transition legacy on-premise implementations to modern DCOD architecture\r\nDrive issue resolution for migration-related defects, platform upgrade issues, and system integration challenges\r\nSupport regression validation and production readiness activities during migration cycles\r\nAdvanced Development (AD) & Configuration Contribute to complex manuscript logic and advanced authoring patterns\r\nDevelop scalable custom policy rule extensions and reusable configurations\r\nGuide teams on best practices for utilizing Duck Creek Authoring and AD capabilities\r\nWork closely with integration and QA teams to validate end-to-end policy functionality and business workflows\r\nOnshore Coordination & Delivery Governance Serve as the primary onshore technical point of contact for manuscript-related activities\r\nCollaborate with: Business Analysts\r\nQA Leads\r\nDelivery Managers\r\nClient Stakeholders\r\nDefect triage sessions\r\nRelease readiness reviews\r\nEnsure offshore deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and project timelines\r\nProvide technical oversight and proactive risk identification throughout project execution\r\nRequired Experience 7–11 years of overall IT experience\r\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on Duck Creek Policy development experience\r\nStrong expertise in Duck Creek Manuscript development and maintenance\r\nProven experience supporting DCOD migration and modernization programs in an onshore/client-facing role\r\nExperience in Commercial or Personal Lines P&C Insurance environments preferred\r\nPrior experience working within distributed onsite-offshore delivery models\r\nRequired Technical Skills Core Technical Skills\r\nDuck Creek Policy\r\nDuck Creek DCT / DCOD\r\nDuck Creek Manuscript Development\r\nTransaction and workflow customization\r\nDCOD migration support and stabilization\r\nDefect analysis and debugging\r\nRegression testing and production support\r\nInsurance Domain Expertise\r\nStrong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance fundamentals\r\nExperience across the end-to-end policy lifecycle: Quote\r\nBind\r\nIssue\r\nEndorsement\r\nRenewal\r\nExperience supporting underwriting workflows and regulatory-driven policy updates\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience with Duck Creek Authoring (AD – Advanced Development)\r\nExposure to cloud modernization initiatives within Duck Creek ecosystems\r\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments\r\nFamiliarity with CI/CD and release management processes\r\nStrong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills\r\nSoft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities\r\nStrong communication and coordination skills\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment\r\nStrong collaboration skills across onsite and offshore teams\r\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\r\nWhy Join Us?
