This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by following up on inbound leads, executing outbound sales efforts, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIncluding the following, and other duties may be assignedFollow up on inbound leads generated from trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives to qualify opportunities and drive conversionsConduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunitiesAttend commercial trade shows and industry events to support booth operations, engage with customers, and generate new leadsManage and track sales activities and pipeline within CRM systemsSupport order entry, order confirmation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillmentAssist in lead distribution and assignment to appropriate sales channels or partnersMaintain consistent communication with customers to build relationships and identify additional sales opportunitiesCollaborate with regional sales managers, distributors, and internal teams to support overall sales strategyProvide timely reporting and updates on lead status, pipeline activity, and sales performanceSelf-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityResults-oriented with a focus on driving revenue and closing opportunitiesTeam player with a collaborative mindsetPositive attitude and strong work ethicQualifications and Requirements1+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics or Salesforce) is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
