This role focuses on delivering reporting, analyzing performance trends, and working closely with stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver clear and actionable insights through reporting and analysisSupport pipeline analysis and business planning activitiesBuild and maintain dashboards using BI toolsWork with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data insightsAnalyze trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-makingImprove reporting processes and drive automation where possibleEnsure timely and accurate delivery of insightsRequired Skills & Experience4–6 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or commercial operationsStrong experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, modeling)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience with forecasting or pipeline analysisUnderstanding of KPI tracking and performance reportingExperience working in data-driven or commercial environmentsDegree in a relevant field (Analytics, Finance, Business, etc.)
