This position is designed as a growth role, with the expectation that the right candidate will develop into a lead, supervisory, or management position within the Pack & Send division.This role blends hands-on daily operations with increasing exposure to claims handling, inventory management, process improvement, and multi-location support, providing a clear pathway into leadership for motivated individuals.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Daily OperationsProvide professional, friendly, and efficient service at the front counterAccurately pack and ship a wide variety of items using proper materials and proceduresProcess shipping, receiving, printing, and retail transactionsMaintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready workspaceAssist with daily opening and closing proceduresShipping & ComplianceFollow all carrier policies and shipping regulations (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL)Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and handling of packagesIdentify and resolve shipping issues proactivelyAssist with shipping claims and communicate effectively with carriers and customersInventory & Store SupportMonitor and maintain shipping, packing, and retail supply inventoryAssist with reordering supplies and vendor coordinationEnsure consistent service standards and brandingProvide operational or administrative support to other Pack & Send locations as neededOperational Growth & Leadership DevelopmentLearn Pack & Send operational standards and best practicesGradually assume additional responsibilities related to workflow oversight and process improvementSupport training of new associates as skills developDemonstrate initiative, accountability, and readiness for leadership growthPartner with supervisors and leadership to improve efficiency and service deliveryQualificationsRequiredStrong customer service and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills and comfort learning shipping and point-of-sale softwareReliable, punctual, and professionalProblem-solving mindset, especially when handling customer concernsAbility to lift and move packages up to 40 lbsPreferredExperience in shipping, logistics, retail, or business servicesFamiliarity with shipping software or carrier systemsInterest in leadership, operations, or management developmentExperience supporting multiple locations or teams is a plusGrowth OpportunityThis position is part of a defined management track within the Pack & Send division. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to advance into Lead Associate, Supervisor, or Operations Management roles, including potential future eligibility for multi-location oversight responsibilities.
