In this role, you will help design, build, and deploy machine learning models that drive consumer insights, personalization, and data-driven decision-making across digital platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, product, and engineering to deliver impactful solutions at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models focused on consumer analytics (e.g., user behavior, segmentation, recommendation systems)Work with large-scale datasets to extract insights and improve customer engagement and retentionCollaborate with data engineers to build and optimize data pipelines for ML workflowsPartner with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable ML solutionsEvaluate model performance and continuously iterate to improve accuracy and efficiencyContribute to best practices in ML engineering, including testing, monitoring, and documentationRequired Qualifications3-5 years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or a related fieldHands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environmentsStrong background in consumer analytics, such as user behavior modeling, personalization, or recommendation systemsProficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)Experience working with large datasets and distributed systems (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, or similar)Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principlesAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience in the entertainment, media, or streaming industryFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platformsExperience with MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, etc.)Interested in hearing more?
