This role involves driving the requirements, development, qualification, and deployment of factory automation capabilities for process, metrology, and material handling system equipment in assembly factories.\r\nResponsibilities Conduct technical capability gap analysis based on business drivers, product requirements definition, solution options analysis, Failure Mode Engineering Analysis (FMEA), and cost analysis.\r\nManage solution development and deployment through the Software Product Life Cycle.\r\nEngage with partner organizations, evaluate the feasibility of requirements, and determine priorities for development.\r\nCommunicate priorities and status to stakeholders.\r\nCollaborate with various partner groups in a matrix team environment.\r\nPerform troubleshooting and structured problem-solving using data collection and analytical thinking.\r\nTravel may be required for supplier interaction.\r\nQualifications U.S. citizenship required.\r\nAbility to obtain and maintain U.S. Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access.\r\nBachelor of Science degree in any STEM field with 4+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years of experience OR Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience.\r\n3+ years of experience managing software development projects or other engineering disciplines.\r\nMinimum experience in semiconductor or factory automation and control systems (Manufacturing Execution System, Shop Floor Control, etc.).\r\nOperational and Engineering analysis database experience (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).\r\nExperience with semiconductor equipment automation/integration and SEMI Equipment Automation Standards (E5, E30, E40, E94, E90, etc.).\r\nLocation Primary: United States, Arizona, Phoenix.
