The primary responsibilities include measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other building materials, interpreting blueprints, and constructing, repairing, or installing frameworks and structures. The role also involves operating hand and power tools, following safety guidelines, and collaborating with other team members to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications Proficiency in measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling wooden or metal frameworksHands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry machineryAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work plansStrong knowledge of safety standards and on-site safety practicesExcellent physical stamina and strength, with the ability to work in varying weather conditionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training or apprenticeship is a plusPrior experience in residential or commercial construction is advantageous
