[\n\nKubernetes & Container Operations:\n\nMonitor Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.\n\nTroubleshoot pod failures, resource utilization issues, and deployment problems.\n\nPerform operational recovery activities including:\n\nRestarting pods\n\nRestarting services\n\nManaging application workloads\n\nSupport high availability and platform stability initiatives. [\n\nAzure DevOps & Pipeline Support:\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.\n\nInvestigate deployment failures and integration issues.\n\nSupport DevOps service connections, agent pools, pipeline execution, and release processes.\n\nEnsure successful movement of code and configurations across environments.\n\nData Operations & Integration Support:\n\nMonitor end-to-end data integration workflows.\n\nValidate source file arrivals and data ingestion processes.\n\nTroubleshoot failed jobs, ETL processes, and data movement issues.\n\nPerform data validation and staging activities.\n\nEnsure data pipelines meet operational and business requirements.\n\nIncident, Problem & Change Management:\n\nRespond to incidents and service disruptions in accordance with established SLAs.\n\nPerform incident triage, analysis, and resolution coordination.\n\nCreate detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation for production issues.\n\nDevelop and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).\n\nParticipate in problem management and continuous improvement activities.\n\nSupport change validation and deployment activities.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Observability:\n\nIdentify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.\n\nLeverage observability insights to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.\n\nContribute to monitoring enhancements, alert optimization, and operational runbooks.\n\nMaintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\n\nThe pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.15/hour - $73.68/hour.
