Customer Service Account Manager
Allied National Services has an immediate need for a Customer Service Account Manager at our corporate office. We are looking for reliable, upbeat, assertive candidates who enjoy taking on significant responsibility for customer satisfaction. This position involves coordinating vendor services via phone and responding to customer service requests to ensure services meet client and company requirements.Duties include:Ensuring daily attendance of employeesScheduling special services over the phonePre- and post-confirming of special services over the phoneResponding to emails and phone callsUpdating CRM softwareFollowing up on equipment repairsFollowing up on service issues over the phoneProcessing contractor invoicesLocating, vetting, hiring, and processing new contractors and employeesOffice Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday - FridayQualifications:2+ years' experience providing excellent customer service in an office settingStrong work history (no job jumpers)Superior multi-tasking skillsAssertive, confident, with good judgment for decision-makingAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentSolid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsIntermediate skills in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and follow-up skills in a high-transaction environmentManagement experience is a plus but not requiredAssociates or bachelor's degree is preferred but not requiredJ-18808-Ljbffr
