Personal Assistant to CEO
Floor Plan Visuals provides architectural visualization services for the real estate industry. We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the owner of a busy firm. This position does require a candidate who can work and visit LORTON VA daily but is mostly REMOTE. Local candidates will be given preference. The ideal candidate for this position must feel comfortable running personal errands and handling personal matters for the CEO, including keeping the CEO's schedule on track. Additional requirements are assisting with company hiring, performing personal and professional research, problem-solving and assisting with executive/administrative work. The CEO's effectiveness and efficiency are critical in our fast moving and changing environment and this role’s focus is anticipating and accommodating those professional and lifestyle needs. Primary Responsibilities Include:
Making independent decisions and identifying approaches to facilitate goals
Bookkeeping assistance
Travel arrangements
Shopping, running errands, problem-solving, paying vendors, budgeting
Making phone calls, coordinating workflow, and general administrative assistance
Answering phones (as backup coverage)
Other duties as required
Requirements:
Well-developed organizational skills
Detail oriented yet with a natural ability to see the big picture
Ability to react and adapt to changing situations appropriately.
Professional demeanor
Mastery of English writing and speaking skills on an advanced level
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Background Check
Solid working knowledge of computer software, email systems and research on the internet
Preferred:
Genuine and comprehensive experience residing in the Northern Virginia area
Working (and reliable) vehicle and within easy commute to Lorton VA
Ability to work in office in Lorton VA as needed
Minimum five years of general office experience
Personal assistance experience
Bookkeeping and/or Quickbooks Online experience
