Build your future with us!\nABOUT THE JOB:\nThe primary focus of this position is to ensure the Mobile Mini Storage Units and Offices are cleaned, repaired and in working condition so they can be rented out. This role will perform a variety of generalized labor tasks.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:\nWhat you'll do as one of our Yard Workers:\nClean, repair and ensure all Mobile Mini Storage Units and Offices are in working condition and ready to be rented. Could also repair Units on the customer site. This will include:\nSweep and hose out\nChecking A/C if applicable\nReplacing tile or epoxy flooring\nRepairing drywall holes\nCleaning windows, blinds, doors, floors and walls\nReplacing light bulbs, locks, blinds, door handles, etc\nPainting\nMinor welding\nMinor electric\nAny needed repairs for customer units in the field\nDocument work completed and verifies units either need further repairs (red tagged) or are ready to rent (green tagged)\nEnsure the supplies are replenished and the Yard is both organized and is free of debris and potential hazards\nMay operate the forklift to load and unload containers from a variety of trucks and trailers\nOther duties as assigned. Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job.\nEquipment You Will Use:\nMop\nPaint and painting materials (bucket, brushes, rollers, stencils)\nDry wall putty and masks\nWelder\nFloor cleaners\nMaintenance tools for repairs\nElectrical hand tools preferred\nGas Powered Forklift\nComputer – for time keeping\nEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:\n0-2 Years’ experience with general labor and general repairs\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nWelding experience preferred\nCurrent Driver's License\nDisclaimer: This posting describes the general nature and level of work performed and does not represent an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, or skills required.
