Ensures adherence to Company policies and processes\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)\r\nBachelor's degree in Business or Engineering related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience\r\nMinimum 5 - 8 years of experience in Program Management\r\nProven track record of running multiple, successful projects\r\nManaging firm fixed price programs and developing risk management & mitigation plans\r\nExperience in a highly technical environment\r\nDeep knowledge of Project Management methods, tools and processes\r\nMust be able to interface effectively with internal teams as well as government and commercial customers\r\nBasic familiarity with use and application of export licenses for the export of military products to foreign countries\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project)\r\nSome travel required (up to 20%)\r\nOther Qualifications & Desired Competencies\r\nPMI (or equivalent) certification is preferred\r\nExperience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems is preferred\r\nManaging of International (ex-US) programs is desired\r\nActive Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance strongly desired\r\nAbility to work independently and interface with cross-functional disciplines\r\nA strong communicator able to articulate vision/mission to team\r\nCourageous and a risk taker.
