Job Summary

The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all financial transactions are handled accurately.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Manage daily operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills in retail sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash register operations.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards to attract customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager, preferably in wireless sales.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers and POS systems.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage performance, and drive results in a retail setting.
- Familiarity with retail sales strategies and best practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
