This is a critical role that partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate RPA opportunities and deliver secure, scalable,and high-performing solutions to modernize State government services. In addition, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining SharePoint solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA workflows using the UiPath Platform.Analyze existing business processes, document workflows, and translate business process requirements into technical specifications and automation logic.Build reusable automation components and support the development of advanced and moderately complex RPA solutions.Create and optimize complex SQL queries supporting automation data operations.Support testing, perform root-cause analysis and break-fix activities, and continuously improve automations.Maintain RPA bots, dashboards, and system integrations.Communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders promptly.Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, risks, timelines, and delivery milestones.Apply Agile methodologies to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and deliver iterative improvements.Establish automation standards for documentation, coding practices, value measurement, and governance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
