AccountantJob Type: Full-TimeResponsibilities:• Maintain accurate financial records, including P&L and balance sheets, in compliancewith US GAAP.• Oversee accounting operations such as billing, accounts payable/receivable, generalledger, and revenue recognition.• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely financial reportingand analysis.• Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, collaborating with management onperformance evaluations.• Reconcile credit cards, fixed assets, and prepaid items monthly, ensuring accuraterecords.• Review, verify, and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.• Develop and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures to strengthen financialcompliance.• Produce ad-hoc financial reports and analyses to support decision-making.• Liaise with finance teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on financialmatters.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge of US GAAP.• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.Locations: Pasadena, Greater Los Angeles Area, CA.
