A company is looking for a Director of AI Platform User Experience. Key Responsibilities Define the UX strategy and roadmap for the AI Platform experience Lead a cross-functional team of product managers and designers to ensure cohesive user journeys Serve as the voice of the user in strategic planning and influence product priorities Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in product management and/or UX design leadership Proven track record of leading cross-disciplinary teams at Director level or higher Deep understanding of enterprise data workflows and platform ecosystems Experience building or scaling design systems and unified UX frameworks Demonstrated ability to translate complex platform capabilities into intuitive user experiences
