Are you ready to take on this new challenge?\n\nAS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)\n\nCreate, manage, and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) to support project requirements.\nGenerate and process requisitions in accordance with company procedures and project timelines.\nIdentify, contact, and evaluate potential suppliers for products and services needed by the Asset Management Project.\nLead supplier negotiations to obtain competitive pricing, favorable terms, and optimal delivery schedules.\nMaintain supplier relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for procurement-related matters.\nCoordinate with project managers, finance, operations, and technical teams to ensure procurement needs are properly addressed.\nTrack purchase order status and expedite deliveries when necessary.\nMonitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.\nSupport contract administration and supplier performance evaluations.\nMaintain accurate procurement records and documentation.\nEnsure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.\nPrepare procurement reports, supplier metrics, and purchasing status updates for project stakeholders.\n\nWHO WE ARE:\n\nWe are a Service Provider company different from the rest.
