Summary As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within our dealership. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your core skills in retail sales, customer service, and automotive sales will enable you to effectively engage with clients. Your premium skills in negotiation and CRM software will support your efforts in managing the sales pipeline and upselling vehicles. Additionally, proficiency in both English and Spanish will help you connect with a diverse clientele, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing experience. Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present vehicle features and benefits. Manage inventory and assist in maintaining showroom displays. Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with leads to drive sales. Negotiate deals and facilitate financing options to close sales. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales pipeline. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
