Since 2019, we have expanded our reach to 800+ dispensaries across Oregon and California, providing customers with Live Rosin jellies known for their quality and consistency. As a growing company, we are looking for a Production Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to multiple aspects of our operations.
Position Overview
As a Drops Production Associate, your primary roles will be packaging candy, and preparing product for delivery.
The warehouse works on a quota system — allowing the whole team to leave early with full pay once quota is achieved for the week. This requires strong collaboration and willingness to help wherever needed. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a desire to be an integral part of these busy teams is crucial.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging: Assemble, label, and perform quality control checks on finished products
Cooking: Cooks, cuts and sugars candies according to Drops SOPs
Order Fulfillment: Pull products, assign METRC tags, and create manifests
Processing: Processes cannabis into rosin - wash, freeze dry, press, post-process
Inventory & Compliance: Track packaging supplies, identify shortages and ensure products meet company and regulatory standards
Collaboration: Communicate with the sales team regarding order timelines, product availability, and shipment priorities
Efficiency & Accuracy: Work effectively within shared systems such as Google Sheets, Slack, Distru, Marjin, Microsoft Suite, and METRC to maintain workflow and organization
Delivery: Assisting the team with product deliveries
Cross-Department Support: Assist other departments such as Kitchen and Fulfillment as needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience in packaging, fulfillment, kitchen, or oil processing
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with technology-based tracking systems (e.g., METRC, Distru, Google Sheets, Microsoft Suite)
Effective communication and time management skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to adapt and learn new skills
Physical Requirements: Essential functions require working in a hot and cold warehouse setting. Employee must possess the ability to stand for up to 10 hours a workday and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to reach with arms extended and/or overhead, excellent hand dexterity, ability to bend, stoop, stretch, use a stepstool, and similar activities and able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Compensation & Benefits
$25 per hour, with full pay even if weekly quota is met early
Monday – Thursday schedule, providing three-day weekends

Work Schedule & Location
Location: Cotati, CA – In-person role
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (includes two paid breaks and a 30-minute lunch)
Occasional mandatory overtime may be required based on company needs
