The Partner will actively and independently oversee legal cases, provide expert legal advice, and represent clients in courts or arbitration proceedings. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, supervising associates or junior lawyers, contributing to business development initiatives, and supporting strategic decision-making to further the firm's goals.QualificationsDeep knowledge and expertise in legal research, analysis, and case lawProven experience in litigation, negotiation, and drafting of legal documentsStrong leadership and mentorship skills to guide and support legal teamsClient relationship management and ability to generate new business opportunitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
