Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate ready to lead complex electrical construction initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full lifecycle project delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout\nOversee electrical construction scope including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking\nDevelop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6\nLead estimating efforts and collaborate with cost management teams to maintain financial control\nCoordinate VDC/BIM workflows to ensure constructability and clash resolution\nQualifications\nDemonstrated experience managing healthcare and/or pharmaceutical construction projects\nStrong background in electrical construction management\nProficiency with Spectrum and cost management systems\nExperience developing and managing schedules in Primavera P6\nFamiliarity with VDC/BIM coordination processes\nProven ability to manage subcontractors and technical field teams\nStrong financial acumen and estimating experience\nExcellent leadership and communication skills in regulated construction environments\nDesign Hire is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
