You will be responsible for supporting our various clients’ internal departments by functioning as a project leader by coordinating, designing, and documenting equipment installations, remodels, site improvements and renovations in coordination with facilities engineers.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\nSafety & Quality\n\nCompletes all required safety training and conducts all work in accordance with safety policies\nStops work for safety if unsafe conditions and/or behaviors are identified\nUtilizes and reviews job hazard analysis (JHA/JSA) for work being performed\nFollows all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations including PPE, CoHE (lockout/tagout) and chemical safety\nFollows-up on safety and quality related issues immediately and works towards resolution with stakeholders\nActively participates in the EHS program by reporting all EHS-related concerns or problems immediately (maximum 24 hours)\nPerforms and facilitates audits and submits good catches\nAlways wears appropriate PPE, per JHA, Supervisor, EHS professionals, and/or job designation\nProactively identifies opportunities to reduce potential hazards which may impact personnel health and/or the environment\nUses proper lifting techniques and works in an ergonomically correct manner\nFollows proper change management practices to ensure safety and quality expectations are met\nLeads quality improvement initiatives in their area of expertise to reduce Fab impacts, improve efficiency and drive cost savings\nReviews designs as assigned to ensure they are within manufacturers and company guidelines to ensure safety and quality expectations are met\nOwns content of construction specifications, design standards and design checklists that ensure quality, efficiency and safe work\nEnsures specifications, standard and checklists are aligned with corporate guidelines\nLeads system troubleshooting efforts when requested\nLeads lessons learned type activities per area of expertise\n\nProject Management\n\nUses a systematic project management methodology to develop, prioritize and manage projects\nManages projects to ensure deliverables are completed within the required scope, schedule and budget\nTracks actions and provides escalation path or resources to ensure actions will be completed on time\nDefines and leads complex, multi-disciplinary projects of critical importance to the client\nEnsures regular communication to stakeholders of project status, roadblocks, and path to success\nPrepares project scope and ensures necessary input from appropriate stakeholders\nEnsures that scope meets requester needs\nFollows change management procedures\nWorks with appropriate personnel to address problems or make corrections\nWorks directly with drafting and design consultant resources\nCoordinates and leads design meetings and initiates follow-up actions\nCoordinates the project design schedule and construction documents\nCoordinate with project team members to provide assure quality construction document using AutoCAD and Revit\nCoordinates with the Project Coordinator to develop and maintain project schedules\nMaintains project record documents\n\nCommunication & Collaboration\n\nPartners with key stakeholders to develop solutions to continuously improve critical metrics\nCoordinates with stakeholders and leaders on issues and changes, and provides regular status updates\nProvides a high level of service with strong customer focus and builds effective relationships with supported teams\nDemonstrates strong partnering, negotiation and teamwork skills\nProactively seeks and provides feedback to internal and external management regarding the quality of work being performed\nGenerates and incorporates ideas from others to influence or enable key strategic objectives\nCollaborates with areas leaders to create personal performance and development goals\nPartners in data collection, gap analysis, and improvement implementation;
