We’re looking for someone hungry, coachable, organized and comfortable talking to people. We’ll teach you the products, quoting process and sales skills.\n\nYou’ll begin by learning:\n\n* Interior doors and our in-house door shop\n\n* Moulding, PVC trim, S4S boards, flooring and kitchens\n\n* How to gather information and prepare accurate quotes\n\n* How contractors purchase building materials\n\n* Shopify, CRM and customer follow-up\n\nAs you develop, you’ll begin:\n\n* Calling and emailing prospective contractors\n\n* Scheduling showroom and jobsite visits\n\n* Visiting active projects throughout Long Island\n\n* Helping contractors with larger quotes\n\n* Identifying new construction and renovation opportunities\n\n* Developing contractor relationships and repeat business\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn\n\n* Comfortable making calls and meeting new people\n\n* Organized and dependable with follow-up\n\n* Professional communication skills\n\n* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record\n\n* Sales, construction or building-material experience is helpful—but not required\n\nThis is a salary-based developmental position with hands-on training, direct access to company leadership and a genuine opportunity to grow into a larger contractor-sales role.\n\nBargain Moulding has grown from two locations to four locations, opened its own door shop and continues to expand across the region.
