Arbitech employees enjoy exemplary benefits and amenities, in a fast-paced and fun environment.\n\nArbitech is looking for an onsite *Computer Hardware Assembler I*, for our Henderson, Nevada office.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n* Assemble computer components and systems according to work instructions, BOMs, and production specifications.\n* Install and connect components such as motherboards, CPUs and cooling systems, RAM/DIMM, SSDs and hard drives, power supplies, GPUs and expansion cards, and cables and connectors.\n* Perform visual inspections of components and completed assemblies.\n* Verify component part numbers, serial numbers, and barcodes.\n* Perform basic functional testing and diagnostic procedures.\n* Test and verify memory modules and other computer components when required.\n* Identify defective, damaged, or incorrect components and report issues to Quality Control or Production Management.\n* Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures when handling electronic components.\n* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.\n* Follow all manufacturing, safety, quality, and production procedures.\n* Accurately complete production records, inspection forms, and test documentation.\n* Use hand tools and basic electronic/diagnostic equipment as required.\n* Meet established production quality and productivity goals.\n* Assist with troubleshooting assembly or component-related issues.\n* Maintain proper identification and traceability of components throughout the production process.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\n* High School Diploma or Equivalent\n* Experience in computer or server manufacturing is preferred.\n* Experience with PC or server assembly is preferred.\n* Experience with hardware testing and troubleshooting is preferred.\n* Experience using barcode scanners and production tracking systems is preferred.\n* Experience working with Quality Control or manufacturing inspection procedures is preferred.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\n\n* Familiarity with ESD-safe work environments and procedures.\n* Basic understanding of BIOS/UEFI and hardware diagnostics.\n* Good hand dexterity and strong attention to detail.\n* Ability to follow technical instructions, work instructions, and BOMs accurately.\n* Basic mechanical aptitude.\n* Ability to use hand tools.\n* Strong attention to detail\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n* Wage Range - $19-22 per hour\n* Company-paid lunches every Friday\n* Gym onsite\n* Stocked kitchen\n* Awesome team and office environment\n\nIf you take pride in what you do, have a passion for technology and enjoy working in a rewarding environment we want to talk to you.
