Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Benefits Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleOur client is seeking a hands-on RF Engineer to design, build, and support sophisticated RF measurement systems used for antenna characterization, radar cross-section (RCS) testing, and electromagnetic materials analysis.This is an end-to-end engineering role—ideal for someone who enjoys taking systems from concept to reality, working directly with hardware, and supporting real-world measurement environments. What You’ll Be Working OnDesign Complete RF Measurement SystemsBuild VNA-centric systems for antenna testing, RCS measurement, and EM material characterization.Architect RF Signal ChainsDesign and integrate RF front-ends including switches, amplifiers, couplers, filters, and calibration paths.Build & Validate SystemsAssemble hardware, integrate mechanical positioners and scanners, perform calibration, and verify system performance.Solve Complex Measurement ProblemsDebug RF, mechanical, and software issues to ensure stable, repeatable, high-quality measurements.Install & Support SystemsSupport on-site installations, train users, and provide post-deployment troubleshooting.Create Clear DocumentationProduce wiring diagrams, test procedures, calibration workflows, and user guides to support long-term system reliability.
