CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide.Job Summary: Inspects product functions and monitors test procedures and equipment, with a specialized focus on completing network configurations on equipment stacks according to orders, documented processes, and timelines.1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday to FridayPay Rate: $23.06/hrDuties and ResponsibilitiesConduct testing procedures using specialized equipment.Identify and troubleshoot issues in electronic equipment.Comply with quality performance standards.Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.Ensure adherence to warehouse safety regulations, including compliance with ESD guidelines.All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.Network Configuration SpecificationsTests and analyzes network components, including hardware, software, and power.Regularly interact with and utilize web-based customers and vendor portals.Consistently monitor and handle email communications, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a high level of attentiveness to detail.Update software and perform unit testing.Assists in collection of data and administers work related to network controls.Document actions by completing production and quality forms.Required Skills and ExperienceSkilled in the operation of test equipment.Comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment.Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.Proficiency in computer skills required for precise data entry of completed units.Competent in maintaining accurate and organized records.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills and ExperienceHandles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.Time-management skills.Written and verbal communication skills.Network Configuration SpecificationsPrevious experience with Networking Equipment/Design.Network Certifications with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - Aruba Certified Tech, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA+.Educational RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Physical Demands and Working ConditionsWarehouse environment.The ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs., if necessary.The ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time, if necessary.The ability to bend, push, pull, twist, and reach in a continuous/repetitive capacity, if necessary.Frequent handling of small tools or components.You will love working in our family-oriented company!
