Partner with Financial Managers (FM), management, and other departments to assist in management of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.\n\nReports to: Financial Manager, Operational Finance\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\n\nPrepare, analyze and review internal and external reports.\n\nDevelop ad-hoc financial reports and analyze as required by FM and management.\n\nPerform account analysis and reconciliations during the month-end close process.\n\nPartner with FM to provide year-end detailed analysis and work papers for year-end corporate audit.\n\nContribute to development and maintenance of budgeting and forecasting reports for Profit Center G&A.\n\nCollaborate with FM and leadership team on development, preparation and meeting goals of annual profit plan.\n\nCollaborate with FM to ensure adherence to financial compliance to ensure rigorous and ethical standards of compliance with external requirements (GAAP, IAS, FARS, ERISA and IRS) and internal company policies (Accounting, Risk Management and Cost).\n\nDevelop and implement financial tools to facilitate analysis and reporting processes.\n\nParticipate in month-end quarter close, balance sheet reconciliations, deferred rent, fixed assets, and leasehold improvement tracking.\n\nAssist with Sales tax audits and coordinate training with staff under guidance of Financial Manager.\n\nSupport Financial Manager in all internal review, year-end, and client audits.\n\nConduct month-end analysis, accrual analysis, operation review analysis, transfers to projects, FM to delegate AOP set up.\n\nMaintain or audit quarterly season ticket logs, gift card logs; validate policies and procedures, produce journal entries as needed.\n\nMaintain employee cost centers and follow up with missing time entry with Financial Managers.\n\nInterface with Financial Center.\n\nAnalyze and prepare special projects as directed by Financial Manager and leadership teams.\n\nOther activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nLI-TG1\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.\n\nExcellent knowledge of Accounting Principles (GAAP, IAS, FARS, ERISA and IRS).\n\nIn-depth knowledge of financial operations and ability to apply working knowledge of operational efficiency principles and best practices.\n\nAble to conduct analytical review, auditing, and forecasting.\n\nHigh degree of organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\n\nMust have proficiency in financial systems applications with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\n\nMust be self-starter, adaptable and flexible to operate with minimal direction and little or no supervision while working in complex and changing environment.\n\nExercise independent judgment and discretion with ability to identify problems and initiate corrective action.\n\nStrong dedication to teamwork and commitment to work within professional environment.\n\nProfessional written and verbal communication skills.\n\nSome travel.\n\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
