Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionHandle workers' compensation defense matters through all stages of litigationAttend hearings, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and support motion practiceDraft reports, pleadings, legal correspondence, and other litigation documentsEvaluate claims, analyze exposure, and help develop effective defense strategiesCommunicate proactively with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and team membersWork closely with experienced attorneys who provide mentorship and trainingPartner with dedicated support staff to produce high-quality, timely workBuild a long-term practice with a firm in growth mode and a strong reputation in the marketQualificationsActive California Bar license in good standing1+ year of litigation experience requiredWorkers' compensation defense experience preferred, but not requiredStrong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skillsMotivated, professional, and able to manage cases and deadlines effectivelyComfortable with technology and modern case management toolsWhy You Will Love Working HereWe invest in our attorneys and give them the support to succeed.
