Manager","description":"Role Description\n\n As a Project Manager within the Enterprise Applications Business Unit at Datavail, you will provide Netsuite project management services utilizing Asana as the primary task management platform to:\n\n \n Ensure customer satisfaction\n \n \n Ensure project healthiness across multiple metrics\n \n\n This role is a standalone project manager position managing teams of clients that include employees and outside contractors/firms.\n\n As a Sr Project Director within the Enterprise Applications Business Unit at Datavail, you will lead ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM application consultancy projects at key strategic clients to success, working closely with the technical delivery and account management team to:\n\n \n Ensure customer satisfaction\n \n \n Ensure project healthiness across multiple metrics\n \n \n Help sell/position additional work for the company\n \n\n \n Develop integrated project plans, act as primary customer contact for projects\n \n \n Participate in or develop mechanisms for establishing, monitoring, and integrating projects\n \n \n Use various analyses, other performance measures, and risk assessments to manage implementations or to recommend change\n \n \n Negotiate program and project changes and incorporate changes into project change processes to maintain statements of work, cost, and schedule baselines\n \n \n Lead and direct a remote project team to be successful\n \n\n This position will focus on the delivery of solutions inside our Enterprise Applications business unit.\n\n Candidates with working knowledge of delivering solutions to clients using one or more of the following:\n\n \n Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM\n \n \n Oracle Cloud Infrastructure\n \n \n Fusion Middleware and related technologies\n \n\n Must be familiar with both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.\n\n Candidates must have project successes of turning complex business challenges into effective business and technical solutions that provide significant business value to strategic clients.\n\n Essential Functions:\n\n \n Responsible for managing cross-functional projects for clients\n \n \n Oversee project budget and drive course corrections to maintain such, for items within your control\n \n \n Able to organize internal business groups to manage and implement projects to scope while managing customer expectations\n \n \n Simultaneously manage a portfolio of unrelated projects and provide transparency into progress to client and Datavail management\n \n \n Can tailor project management approaches to the type/size of project using various techniques including Agile and Waterfall\n \n \n Develop integrated schedule including critical path and ensure assigned resources are executing as planned\n \n \n Must have the ability to multitask and enhance a team environment\n \n \n Monitor, track, and control change to the projects through formal change control management of requirements, configuration, performance measures, cost, schedule, program organization structure, and technology environment (release schedules, infrastructure changes, etc.)\n \n \n Contribute to Datavail PMO standards, processes, and tools to enable continuous improvement across the entire portfolio and PMO team\n \n\n Qualifications\n\n \n 10 or more years Project/Program Management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience\n \n \n At least 4 years managing ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM projects within a cloud or on-prem environment\n \n \n Must have experience and be adept at leading globally sourced project teams as we use a global delivery model\n \n \n Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or a related field of study\n \n \n 15+ years professional services experience with leading projects for external or internal customers\n \n \n PMP or Agile implementation methodology experience\n \n\n Requirements\n\n \n Hands-on / roll sleeves up work ethic, team player willing to take on work needed for project to succeed\n \n \n Strong leadership skills and the ability to interface and report status with client leadership (C-Suite)\n \n \n Experience successfully managing implementation projects\n \n \n Demonstrated ability to manage (lead and direct) and execute projects through application of best practices\n \n \n Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation\n \n \n Develops solutions to unique challenges that may serve as precedent for future decisions\n \n \n Decision making that has positively affected the financial posture of the company\n \n \n Able to lead projects from a position of experience and drive successful outcomes\n \n \n Excellent customer communication skills\n \n
