This is an on-site position, where you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining office equipment, and assisting with clerical work. The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring a professional and organized work environment while supporting team members with various administrative needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills to manage client calls and correspondence efficiently.Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for organizing and maintaining office procedures.Familiarity with the use and maintenance of Office Equipment.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.Proficiency with basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), is preferred.Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus.
