Join us and be part of something extraordinary!\n\nFinal Assembly Operator\nCountry/Region: US\nLocation:\n\nMarshall, IL, US, 62441\n\n#job-location.job-location-inline { display: inline; }\n\nReq ID 90696 | Elec Op - Marshall, United States Capri USA Group, Inc.\n\nAbout the Team\n\nDirect labor employees responsible for operating Final Assembly equipment.\n\nWhat you can look forward to as a Final Assembly Operator\n\nMust become qualified/certified and perform the following final assembly operations (including maintenance):\nRouter: Perform operation, changeover and rail adjustments.\nInspect: Verify all components are seated properly and solder requirements are met.\nLabel Apply: Place module in housing, apply label and check for errors.\nBracket Assembly: Place module/bracket in nest and screwdriver inserts fasteners.\nCoil Verify: Place coil in fixture to ensure proper placement. Remove and place into pallet to complete selective solder process.\nPack/SAP: Place module in pack verifier and place module in tote according to procedure\nFunctional Test: Scan labels and review modules for successful testing.\nThermal Pad Application/Verification: Place thermal pads appropriately on modules.\nHeat Sink Application: Apply metal heat sink and cell press into place.\nFinal Assembly Cells: Place/Remove modules from pallets and perform changeovers as necessary.\nTroubleshoot problems with equipment.\nPerform maintenance whenever needed.\nAssist in the new operator training process.\nPerform other duties as assigned\nComply with and support the health, safety and environmental programs, policies and procedures.\nYour Profile as a Final Assembly Operator\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nAbility to perform reading and math functions at the 8th grade level or higher.\nAbility to multi-task.\nMust be able to rotate into final assembly positions within assigned line, including ICT.\nMust successfully complete applied mechanics and workmanship standards classes.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nAbility to operate a computer, keyboard and mouse.\nAbility to use hands to handle, feel and grasp.\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time and stoop, kneel, reach/extend, bend, crouch or crawl.\nAbility to occasionally lift/carry/push/pull 30 pounds.\nMust be able to review objects with close vision, while also adjusting focus.\nWhy You Should Choose ZF in Marshall, IL?\n\nThe expected base compensation for this role is $17.50 - $19.74 hourly.
