Perform cabling, labeling, and cleanup• Power ON devices and check basic status (LEDs, power)• Submit installation checklist + photosSkills Required:• Rack & Stack (hands-on installation)• Cabling & labeling experience• Basic knowledge of network switches• UPS installation & power handling• Ability to work independently onsite *PART 2: Cutover & Validation (Visit 2)* What Engineer Will Do:• Support network cutover with remote team• Assist in basic troubleshooting if any issue occurs• Ensure all devices are working properly after cutover• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support• Remove & pack old hardware (decommissioning)• Take final photos and submit: • Cutover report • UAT confirmation • Decommissioning detailsSkills Required:• Basic networking knowledge (switches, ports, connectivity)• Ability to coordinate with remote engineers• Troubleshooting mindset• Good documentation & reporting skills *Final Resource Requirement (Summary)* We need ONE Engineer with ALL below skills:• Smart Hands / Field Engineer• Basic Network Support (L1/L2 level)• UPS / Power handling experience• Strong in cabling & rack work• Able to manage both visits independently","company":"Tech
