Managing the day-to-day operations of a regional team, the full-time remote Senior Team Manager will oversee client delivery, ensuring performance metrics are met while fostering team development and maintaining proactive client communication. Key responsibilities Supervise and manage client team performance, including evaluations and work distribution Develop succession plans and individual development plans for the Project Management team Coordinate study milestones and maintain proactive communication with clients regarding project status Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in life science, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory discipline 2 or more years of people leadership experience, including managing leaders with direct reports 2 or more years of experience leading pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects
