Check out the responsibilities and requirements below and then fill out an application!\n\nPosition Summary:\nThe Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supporting and guiding team members, and ensuring exceptional guest experience during assigned shifts. This role combines leadership, hands-on participation in food preparation and service, and accountability for food safety, cash handling, and workplace standards. The Shift Manager helps maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment while coaching and developing team members to achieve operational excellence.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts to Leads Crew Members and direct shift operations of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant manager including leading and training employees, opening and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee breaks and shift changes.\nPerform all crew member tasks when needed, including makeline, cut table, oven monitoring, packaging, order accuracy, and guest service\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment\nMonitor product quality and take corrective action when needed\nCoordinate with Drivers and the Manager to ensure efficient and timely deliveries\nManage cash handling procedures and balance registers accurately\nEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards\nProvide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members to build skills and improve performance\nAssist with training new team members and setting clear expectations\nHandle shift-related issues with professionalism and strong problem-solving skills\nCommunicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations\nMultitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction to Multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment while ensuring excellent Guest experience and accurate, quality products consistent with company standards.\nThe essential duties and responsibilities described above are not a comprehensive list.
