On a day-to-day basis, this role supports the VP in managing priorities, tracking execution of key initiatives, and ensuring the design organization operates with clarity and efficiency. You will coordinate complex design programs, support team planning and resourcing, and translate technical work into clear, actionable updates for leadership.
