The Head of Sales will oversee sales operations, lead account management efforts, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading the sales team, building long-term client relationships, analyzing market trends, and meeting organizational sales goals.QualificationsProficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet organizational targetsStrong Team Management and Leadership skills to guide and mentor the sales team effectivelyExpertise in Account Management to build and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsExceptional Analytical Skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and optimize sales strategiesOutstanding communication and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders and secure partnershipsProven experience in a senior sales leadership role in a high-growth or technical industryBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Familiarity with AI-based solutions or manufacturing industries is an advantage
