This role is ideal for someone with DSP experience who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities while continuing to provide direct support. The Lead DSP will play a key role in supporting staff, ensuring quality care, and maintaining compliance, while also managing a small caseload of clients. Responsibilities: Staff Support & LeadershipSupport and guide DSP staff during shiftsAssist with training and onboarding new employeesHelp address call-outs and ensure shift coverage (in coordination with HR)Serve as a point of contact for staff questions and concernsClient Oversight & Caseload ManagementMaintain a small caseload of clientsEnsure services are delivered according to each clients support planMonitor client progress and communicate updates to managementBuild positive relationships with clients and familiesDocumentation & ComplianceEnsure staff complete accurate and timely service notesReview documentation for quality and compliance (245D standards)Assist with maintaining audit-ready recordsDaily Operations & SupportProvide direct care and support to clients as neededAssist with activities of daily living, community outings, and skill-buildingRespond to client needs, behaviors, and any urgent situationsQualifications:2+ years experience as a DSP or in a similar roleStrong communication and leadership skillsReliable, organized, and able to multitaskExperience with documentation preferredFamiliarity with 245D services is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive starting pay ($20-$22 hour)Opportunity for advancement and pay increases within 6090 daysLeadership development and growth opportunitiesSupportive and team-oriented work environment
