Teruko Weinberg, Inc., job recruitment agency, is looking to fill the following Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales - #11706 for its client in Torrance, CA: Title: Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales - #11706 Type: Perm FLSA: Non-Exempt Location: Torrance, CA Work Style: Fully in-office Hours: 8AM - 5 PM Pay Range: $50,000 - 55,000/ year Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales - #11706 Job Summary: Manage and maintain customer accounts Receive and handle inquiries from the factory, contract manufacturers, and OEMs Project and manage the customer’s demand through forecasting and inventory management Order entry [ERP], scheduling assemblies, and arranging shipments Contact buyers to follow up orders and inquiries Update customer orders via WebEDI or Open Order Reports Conduct and follow up on returned materials [i.e., RMAs] Maintain and distribute marketing tools [e.g., catalogs, manuals, and software] Organize and manage quotations Take on projects and tasks assigned by Management General clerical duties Required Experience & Skills Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales - #11706: English [e.g., speaking, reading, and writing], Japanese is a plus Experienced in manufacturing or distribution industries Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or support role Experienced in project management, forecasting, and inventory control Experienced in computer skills (e.g., ERP or MRP, Microsoft Office, Excel) Capable of effectively handling all aspects of order and delivery schedules of overseas production programs Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills (e.g., lead-time and schedule arrangement) Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines Provide excellent customer service Team player If you are interested in the Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales - #11706 position, please apply over online!
