In this role, you will assist with machine setup, operation, quality inspections, and routine maintenance while supporting production goals in a safe and efficient environment. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple production areas based on business needs and experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment.Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools.Record production data, equipment downtime, and maintenance activities using computer systems.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues.Follow work instructions and manufacturing processes with strong attention to detail.Support production targets while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.Required Qualifications2–3 years of stable manufacturing or production work experience.Strong attendance and reliability.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.Good communication and teamwork skills.Basic computer skills for production documentation.Ability to read a tape measure.Basic math skills used in manufacturing.Willingness to work any shift in a rotating 3-shift environment.Ability to work overtime before or after scheduled shifts, including weekends, up to 12-hour workdays as needed.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment that can be hot and humid during summer and fall.Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a full-line manufacturing environment.Pre-Employment RequirementsSuccessful completion of a background check.Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.Top 3 Required SkillsStrong attendance and reliability.Attention to detail.Ability to follow established manufacturing processes and work instructions.
