Your team: As part of the cross-functional OX Public Sector team, you will support customers in designing, deploying, and operating secure collaboration and communication platforms in Kubernetes-based Linux environments. You will work closely with customers as well as internal product, development, and operations teams to ensure reliable platform deployments and to strengthen digital sovereignty in Germany. Your new job: Assess customer requirements, technical constraints, and operational environments.\nPartner with customer technical teams to bridge product and infrastructure gaps.\nDesign solution architectures and high-level system concepts, including cross-system integrations and data flows.\nEnable customer engineers to deploy and manage our (Kubernetes-based and VM) solutions.\nAct as a technical point of contact for customers and partners throughout the platform lifecycle.\nCollaborate internally with engineering, product, and operations teams on behalf of the customer.\nSupport troubleshooting, platform optimization, and operational handovers.\nContribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing across teams. This is the tech stack youll be working with: Operating system: Linux\nDeployment models: Kubernetes-based\nDeployment & configuration: Helm, Ansible\nScripting languages: Bash, Python\nProtocols: HTTP, SMTP, IMAP\nPlatform components: NGINX, LDAP Your background: Experience in a customer-facing technical role with a strong Linux background.\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes-based platforms and containerized deployments.\nFamiliarity with scripting, automation, and infrastructure tooling.\nAbility to understand complex technical environments and translate requirements into practical solutions.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.\nIntrinsic motivation to take ownership and a passion for open-source technologies, thriving in a low-hierarchy environment.\nComfortable working in a remote-first environment with multicultural teams across different time zones.
