The role involves active collaboration with MEI staff, contractors, clients, and other external partners on a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, data centers, industrial facilities, and more. This position requires a thorough understanding of construction processes and high standards of documentation, quality assurance, and project compliance. Occasional travel to job sites is expected for inspections and project meetings.\n\nJob Duties:\nOversee and manage construction activities to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and company standards.\nCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to clarify project requirements and resolve issues as they arise.\nReview construction documents, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders, to maintain quality and accuracy throughout project phases.\nPrepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, and records of contractor communication.\nProvide administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
