This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.\nRequired Qualifications**\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution\n7+ years of structural engineering experience, with direct hands-on focus on mass timber systems including CLT, glulam, and MPP\nDemonstrated ability to review, interpret, and coordinate mass timber shop drawings and construction documents\nAbility to produce structural calculations for mass timber buildings and develop design drawings and details\nHigh proficiency in NDS and applicable building codes for mass timber design\nExperience coordinating directly with mass timber fabricators, suppliers, and design-assist teams\nStrong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences\nPreferred Qualifications**\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain by comity\nExperience with MPP, DLT, NLT, GLT, ADLT, or hybrid timber systems\nFamiliarity with Type IV construction requirements\nFamiliarity with SDPWS Appendix B\nExperience with Dlubal or equivalent structural analysis software\nBIM coordination workflow experience\nField experience, including rigging and bracing for mass timber erection\nVibration analysis and fire/char design exposure\nDid you know that some people hold back on applying to jobs if they don't meet 100% of the listed requirements?
