Job Description Description:Job Summary:Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration- Service Manager for new start-up location – Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Manager is responsible for leading and scaling field service operations supporting commercial refrigeration customers across Seacoast Service Partners' Florida footprint. This role oversees technicians, dispatch coordination, service quality, safety, customer satisfaction and assists with all daily functions of the business as needed.Essential FunctionsLead day-to-day service operations Manager technician performance, scheduling, and productivityPartner with dispatch and CSR teams to optimize service deliveryServe as escalation point for commercial customersDrive preventive maintenance and emergency response executionMonitor KPIs including labor efficiency, callbacks, revenue, and marginEnforce safety, EPA compliance, and company policiesSupport recruiting, onboarding, and training initiativesSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervises Commercial Refrigeration Technicians and may oversee leads or supervisors depending on market structure.Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year plus bonus Requirements:Required Qualifications7+ years of commercial refrigeration experience3+ years in service management or supervisory roleEPA Universal CertificationValid driver's licenseStrong leadership and operational management skillsPreferred QualificationsMulti-branch or private-equity-backed service organization experienceService Titan or similar field service platform experienceFinancial and KPI-driven operational leadershipCompetenciesOperational leadership Team development and accountabilityCustomer relationship ManagementFinancial acumenCommunication and conflict resolutionSafety and compliance leadershipPhysical RequirementsAbility to visit job sites, sit, stand, walk, drive for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.Work EnvironmentCombination of office, field, and mechanical service environments.Benefits:401(k) matchingCompany truckDental insuranceFuel cardHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceWork Location: Hybrid
