Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Louisville, TN. Qualifications Sales and customer service skills, including account management and client relationship buildingOperational skills related to construction and mining equipment maintenance, rentals, and parts managementExperience with time management, multitasking, and meeting deadlinesProficiency in understanding and communicating technical information effectivelyProblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challengesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, construction management, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills
