And you will serve a meaningful role in driving client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.\n\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop strong client relationships and identify opportunities to better support Client business objectives\nActively lead the development of strategies and programs for a large strategic client\nEnsure alignment with key organizational partners, including executive leadership, operations, finance, legal, and others to ensure aligned business success\nSupport project team in defining technical or business solutions with large, strategic and new product development\nMap out and execute strategies that will enable scaled adoption of products\nCreate, execute and revise program plans to deliver high complexity business solutions with quality\nLead program post mortem reviews to gain insights for improvements and adjustments going forward\n\nWhat you will need to have:\nBachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field required\nExceptional communication and presentation abilities to interact at all levels of the clients from C-level to technical and operation levels\n10+ years of experience in Program Management\n5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred\nShown success in effectively driving delivery\nStrong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success to effectively complete tactical activities. A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment\nStrong experience in data-driven management, metrics and reporting\nWhat would be great to have:\nOperational consulting experience is valuable\nBackground in Optis processing\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
