Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) based in Houston, TX. The DSP will provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities, including assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and transportation. The role includes monitoring and documenting the progress of individuals, promoting independence, and fostering a safe and supportive environment. Additionally, the DSP will participate in implementing individualized support plans and collaborate with the team to meet client goals effectively.
