Work setup:Onsite (El Paso, Texas)Dayshift, Mountain Standard TimeMonday to FridayFull-timeKey Responsibilities:Review and monitor employment applications for contact center employeesMaintain relationships with appropriate recruiting resourcesParticipate in offsite hiring eventsDevelop community partnerships to increase candidate pipelineMaintain professional and accurate representation of Teleperformance to candidatesPre-screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviewsConduct pre-employment testing, reference checks and background checksReview and audit new hire paperwork ensuring completion and accuracyCommunicate employment offers and orientation to new employeesMaintain recruiting reporting and data i.e., interview/hire ratios or resource dataAssist in other functions as required by supervisorThrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environmentQualifications:Minimum 2 years of recruiting and interviewing experience in a high-volume setting required (3 years preferred)Bilingual in English and SpanishExcellent customer service skills and building rapport with employees, management and vendorsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be fast learner and quick problem solverMust have the ability to multi-taskMust have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Esp. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Gmeet, etc.)Willing and able to participate in job fairsAbility to think innovatively with regard to recruiting and overall employee experiencePrevious call center experience preferredExcellent attendance history is requiredMust pass background and drug tests
