There will be site visits and client interaction required.\nResponsibilities Design mechanical systems for commercial buildings (project size will vary based upon experience).\nProject manager for mechanical and electrical projects (project size will vary based upon experience).\nTakes ownership of all aspects related to the project.\nResponsible for small proposals and presentations to clients.\nResponsible for producing change orders for out of scope work.\nEstablishes and maintains relationships with clients for the firm.\nResolves payment issues with clients.\nForecasts staffing needs for projects.\nPlans and schedules project production coordinating with lead engineers.\nTracks and monitors budget, schedules and task lists.\nCoordinates with internal team members such as engineers, admins, drafters and with external team members such as owners, architects and sub-consultants.\nParticipates and/or leads meetings with clients/owners.\nSkills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited four-year college or university.\nMinimum seven (7) years of building design experience in the MEP industry.\nRegistration as a Professional Engineer is preferred.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work collaboratively.\nQuality of Leadership Demonstrated leadership skills; motivational, fair and decisive.\nGood judgment and reasoning ability; takes initiative to set goals and achieve them.\nEffective interpersonal skills – speaking, writing and listening.\nBenefits & Culture Life insurance; short-term and long-term disability.\nHealth Savings Account; Flexible Spending Accounts; Healthcare Concierge.\nPaid time off and hybrid work schedules; tuition reimbursement; professional society membership support.\nInternal and external training opportunities; professional licensing.\nRMH is proud to be a part of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action (AA), and M/F/V/D employer programs.\nAbout RMH The RMH Group is a Denver-based mechanical, electrical, sustainable and industrial facility consulting engineering firm.
