Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors. The Accounts Payable Specialist will work closely with the accounting team to maintain financial records and contribute to the smooth operation of the accounts payable process.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting system Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracyQualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes)To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
